Located at the far east end of Chicago’s Navy Pier, the Brownfields 2025 Community Reception will take place at Offshore Rooftop. This stunning, multi-seasonal space is celebrated as the World’s Largest Rooftop and offers unencumbered views of Lake Michigan and the city’s famed skyline not found anywhere else.

Tickets are $50 and include admission, food, and a complimentary drink ticket.

This year’s Community Reception will allow attendees to take advantage of Navy Pier’s dazzling, award-winning fireworks show! Enjoy the spectacular display from Offshore Rooftop for experience you won’t want to miss.

Periodic shuttles from Hyatt Regency McCormick Place will be provided, or just head on over to Navy Pier if you’re already out and about for the evening.

How to Add a Ticket to Your Registration

If you are already registered for Brownfields 2025, you can add the community reception ticket to your already-existing registration.

  1. Go to the Brownfields 2025 registration site. (Click here.)
  2. Click “Already Registered, Go to my Attendee Account”
  3. Log in using your username and password OR click “Account/Badge Number and Last Name” to log in with your badge number (ex. 1234-1) and last name. The account/badge number can be found in your registration confirmation email (from: brownfields@prereg.net, Subject: 2025 National Brownfields Training Conference Confirmation/Receipt).
  4. Hover your mouse over “⚙️Edit” and select “Events.”
  5. Select Community Reception: Offshore Rooftop
  6. Navigate to the end of the registration site to pay the new balance on your account.
