Affiliate Events are any events that are requested to take place in conjunction with the Brownfields Conference that are not part of the educational programming. They have included: EPA staff driven trainings or meetings, sponsor requested meetings, exhibitor meetings for their own staff, or simply a group of like minded people that would like to connect while at Brownfields. If you would like to request a meeting space for an Affiliate Event at the 2023 National Brownfields Training Conference, please fill out the form below. Please note the following:
- We recommend and encourage dates/times that are not in conflict with educational programming
- WiFi is provided complimentary
- There will be no charge for use of the meeting space at Huntington Place
- All food and beverage requests and audio visual requests will be directed to our official providers
- If requesting F/B and/or AV, the applicant will need to establish a form of payment with the vendor directly
