Registration Information

  • Discounted pre-registration fees will be available until August 4, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
  • On-site registration fees will begin at 7:30 am on August 5, 2025 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL.
  • Mobile Workshops and Brownfields University registration is available on the registration website, and also at the on-site registration counter. Mobile workshops have an additional fee and often sell out before the conference.
  • Registration fees are based on your stakeholder type.
  • If you can no longer attend, you may assign your registration to a different person, but ICMA must be informed of the change at least one month prior to the event.
  • Sponsors and exhibitors may receive complimentary registrations. Please visit the Sponsor and Exhibit pages linked below for more information.
  • A limited number of travel scholarships, which include complimentary registration and housing, are available for eligible attendees. Applications will open soon.
  • To add events after you registered or to modify your registration, visit the registration site and choose “Already Registered, Go to my Attendee Account.” Then either input the account code you received on the confirmation page and confirmation email, or use the username and password you created when registering.

There are fraudulent organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of Brownfields and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Please do not accept any phone calls, emails, or any form of solicitation from such organizations. DO NOT provide your credit card to anyone requesting full payment for a reservation. If you receive a solicitation of this nature, please contact us immediately at brownfields@eventsphere.com. On-site support is not provided for booking with such organizations if you incur challenges during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Conference registration and all paid events including the Community Reception and Mobile Workshops registration may be canceled without penalty until 5:00 PM ET June 13, 2025 via e-mail (brownfields@prereg.net), fax (678-341-3099) or in writing (Eleventh & Gather, Attn: 2025 National Brownfields Training Conference, 6840 Meadowridge Court, Alpharetta, GA 30005). Cancellation requests received after June 13, 2025 will incur a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after July 18, 2025.
